Delivery process and costs

Once we receive your order, we take 2 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays and official holidays)  to process your order in case you want to modify or cancel your order.

** IN CASE YOU WANT TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER, you can modify it after one day ONLY through our social media, email or by phone.

Cairo, Giza, New Cairo, 6th October & Sheikh Zayed: FREE

Alexandria: 70 LE

Canal Governorates: 65 LE

Delta Governorates : 65 LE

All other Regions: 95 LE

In case you return with the delivery representative you will have to pay for the delivery
